To work for Ohio Valley Residential Services [OVRS] each successful candidate must be able to meet the following basic requirements:

• Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and be able to show proof upon hire

• Have a valid driver license

• Have a good driving record and be able to meet OVRS fleet insurability standards.  This means limited citations on your motor vehicle report within the last 3 years; no suspended license; no DUI within the last 5 years.
   

• Successfully complete an extensive background check. Click here for more information.

• Upon hire a new employee will be sent for a Fitness to Work Exam.  Those employees delivering support services to the men and women served by OVRS, will be required to pass a 50lb lift test based on job description requirements.

• If you are hired for a position which requires you to use your own vehicle, you will be required to show proof of current auto insurance upon hire.  This must be maintained for the duration of employment in that position.
