Home Coordinator Opportunity

OVRS is looking for an individual to supervise our Clovernook home site in the North College Hill area. This site is home to four men.  This is a home with 24 hour supervision and no live in.  These men have a secondary diagnosis of autism.  Prior experience with autism is a plus.  The Clovernook home is owned by the SWOR (Southwest Ohio Residences) Board.   For more information on this partnership please visit  www.ovrs.org/partners.htm.

Successful candidate must be a self-starter who is committed, organized, flexible and a problem solver. This position is an integral part of day to day programming and is required to be a part of the direct service delivery schedule. Must be able to multi-task. Will be required to carry beeper for after hour calls.

Ability for an attention to detail and strong skills with numbers a must. Must have basic computer skills using Microsoft Word and e-mail.

Prefer candidates with management experience, college experience and knowledge of the MR/DD system and field.

Valid driver license with good record necessary. Must be able to show proof of valid auto insurance.

Starting salary $26K+ - additional compensation for 4yr degree and if current OVRS employee. Opportunity for medical/dental benefits for self and dependents. Time off benefits for vacation/holiday/sick time.
